Carl Goodrich has owned SERVPRO of Macon since 1981. He's a businessman by trade, but a family man by heart, and runs his business the same way. His son manages the construction and repairs for the work we do, and his daughter runs the office and accounting. We are just one of 1,700 franchises across the country, which means we have the manpower and corporate backing to tackle any size job, big or small.

We have been in business the longest of any company in the Middle Georgia area, and have worked hard to build a name you can trust in the restoration industry. We have earned several IICRC designations in restoration work (including fire and water damage restoration), and we have also earned an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
