Fire damages basement contents and structure

These two photos are a perfect example of what a few months work from SERVPRO of Macon can accomplish. The photo on the left is from inside of a Macon, Georgia basement, a day or two after a fire was extinguished. During the course of cleaning and repairs, we disposed of all of the non-salvageable contents you can see here and removed affected drywall and ceiling joists. After intense cleaning, we were able to return the home to a livable condition, as seen in the photo on the right.
