Leak in Upstairs Bathroom causes Water Damage in Kitchen

Although you can't see any dripping water or pools of standing water in the photo on the left, a leak in the upstairs bathroom caused water damage to the cabinets, ceiling, appliances, and flooring in this kitchen. The photo on the right is on the last day of repairs, as the homeowner is about to move back in to his home. After the home has been properly dried and the cabinets, appliances, and flooring have been replaced we spent the last day wrapping up post construction cleaning, moving and organizing all of his possessions from a portable storage unit back into his home.
